Google Calendar now has a nifty tool for scheduling meetings across timezones.
Another feature of Google Labs for Calendar, this little widget shows you the time in any timezone you setup.
The best part is that it updates to show the Times for the event that you are editing.
Just setup any timezones you normally need to view — let this little guy do the rest!
