  • This list will be prioritized with both potential opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Specific recommendations and plans for aligning your business strategy and revenue goals for 6, 12, and 24 months.

 

Process & Pricing

A Blueprint happens in 3 Steps:

  1. Discovery: We'll dig into your situation with up to 3 team members.
  2. Design: After reviewing your goals, we will craft a custom action plan on how to move forward. 
  3. Review: We'll review your plans, revise as needed and make sure you are setup with a plan to grow your services.

The process typically involves 3-5 meetings (handled in weekly meetings) to determine your current service strategy, delivery process and business goals.
